MUA undress you skin highlighter review

Hello everybody

Today  will be reviewing the MUA undress your skin highlighting powder that you can get from superdrug in the UK. I was in desperate need of a new highlighter as my beloved thebalm Mary lou-minising  powder had run out and so i took to the drugstore for a cheaper alternative and stumbled across this one by MUA for just £3!

Though you cannot see it on these photos, this powder has some extreme purple undertones which makes it what I like to call a POW-der (should have been a comedian) in other words, this is very strong and glittery which looks ok when used sparingly, though if over-done it can make you look like a disco ball!
The packaging a cheap looking though for £3 you can expect much and it has a similar embossed pattern to MACs extra dimension powders.

All in all, i wasnt a big fan of this highlighting powder, yes it is £3 and yes a little goes a long way but i just found it obvious it was there when i wore it (and not in a good way) it was just too glittery and in-your-face for my liking and too unnatural.

Body shop honey bronzer review

Hello everybody

Today I am going to review the "honey bronzer" by the body shop, my shade is 001.
This bronzer had had a lot of hype on youtube (especially from my favourite youtuber essiebutton)
and so i decided to pick it up.

in terms of shade, this bronzer is perfect for my pale skin (which is difficult to achieve)
It has warm under tones which makes it perfect for warming up the face without looking too muddy or umperlumpery (orangey)
The bronzer is matt which makes it good for contorting too, though i find it isnt dark or cool enough for me to use as contour powder.
The packaging is very cute with the embossed honey comb tessellation and it comes with a built in mirror which is perfect for on the go!

All in all i am very impressed, the only issue i have with this bronzer is that it is quite expensive for a drugstore bronzer while there are other great ones such as NYC bronzer in sunny, that you can get for only £1.99!

MAC peach blossom lipstick review

Hello everybody

Today I am going to review a recent purchase which is MACs "peach blossom" lipstick.
It has a cremesheen formula which means it has a thick consistency and is very build-able.
The colour is a pinky nude with reflexes of peachy, gold shimmer which gives a lovely glow.

(please excuse my lovely zits)
although the formula of this particular lipstick is fairly sticky, it does not feel uncomfortable and surprising lasted a long time!
The reflexes of peachy, gold shimmer gives the lipstick more dimension and makes you look glowy and fresh.

All in all, i really like this lipstick as a unique twist on a classic nude. It is very wearable with any look and is a new staple of mine!
