No7 essentially natural foundation review!

                                                                  Hello everybody

Im going to do a review on the No7 essentally natural foundation in the lightest shade "Calico" that was unfortunately slightly too dark for my pale skin but i still love it!

Firstly, the packaging is ok-nothing specially really its just a plane silver tube but most No7 products are. It says "achieve soft, fresh and healthy skin lightweight and comfortable to wear it gives a delicate coverage whilst still covering blemishes and minimising the appearance of pores [...] the vitamin enriched formula helps to moisture skin all day long"  It has SPF 15 so has some sun protection and is hypo-allergenic so perfect for sensitive skin! For me, it cant get much better thank this; softens skin, evens out redness or dullness, is good on sensitive skin and has a light-medium coverage not to mention its moisturising too! This has been my go-to foundation through the winter when my skin is dry, dull and damaged. It leaves a natural satin finish which looks amazing and the formula is so silky soft, my only issue I have is the colour-its a bit too dark for my skin tone at the moment, though im sure it will look better in summer. I bought mine from Boots for £9.99 so it is slightly more expensive than the average drugstore foundation though completely worth it!

All in all 9/10 overall-perfect but too dark

e.l.f blush review!

                                                                       Hello everybody

Today i'm going to be reviewing a blusher from e.l.f and mine is in the shade "tickled pink" which a a lovely                                                 light pinky peach shade and perfect for spring!

I really like this blush! the colour looks perfect on pale skin as it just brightens up your look without being too harsh. The packaging reminds me of nars as the sleek black compacts is VERY similar so it is very compact and convenient for travel or on the go. I havent purchased many things from e.l.f but i have been impressed with the items i have bought, therefore i will be buying from them again!

All in all 8/10 for overall colour and design

Rimmel stay matt pressed powder review

Hey everyone,
today i am going to be reviewing a product that (from what I've seen and read) has had a LOT of hype over and it is the Rimmel stay matt pressed powder...

...I have had this for while now (as you can probably guess from the lovely dent in the middle) and it is something that  many people have raved about. My skin is hit and miss at the moment; one day it will be extremely dry and i wont be able to wear any face make up as it looks too cakey and the next it will be super oily, therefore i need a powder with good oil control and this has been the one I have been grabbing for. In terms of lasting power, i would say its pretty good for me personally as i find that one dusting of this in a morning to set my foundation will do the trick while im at school (which is usually 6 hours). The colour i have is Translucent 001 as i don't really want any more coverage on top of my foundation. The packaging isnt that great-as you may have spotted on the photo, i have cracked it a little at the bottom, but for £3.99 but i suppose you can't expect much. I also found it it does have a little shimmer in it
and has a strange scent to it that im not too keen on as it reminds me of old ladies.

All in all, it does have good oil control and a reasonable lasting power and for the price, it is a pretty decent pressed powder. Perfect for everyday use and nice pigmentation.

overall        7/10
